Accessibility Statement

Clever1000 is committed to making job search and hiring accessible to people with disabilities. We want candidates to apply with confidence and employers to manage pipelines without unnecessary barriers.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort across the public job board (clever1000.com), the candidate portal, and the employer ATS. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable.

We self-assess our products against WCAG 2.1 AA. Core flows—including browsing jobs, viewing job details, signing in, editing a candidate profile, and moving applicants through pipeline stages—are designed with accessibility in mind.

Because the platform evolves continuously, some areas may be partially conformant or under active remediation. Known gaps are listed in section 5 below.

Our design and engineering practices include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) and descriptive page titles.
• Keyboard-operable navigation for primary actions, forms, and modals.
• Visible focus indicators on interactive controls.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and aria labels for icon-only buttons.
• Color contrast targets aligned with WCAG AA for body text and controls.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
• Form labels, error messages, and loading states exposed to assistive technologies.

Clever1000 is tested with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.

For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology updated. If a specific combination does not work for you, please tell us so we can investigate.

We are working to improve the following areas:

• Some rich-text job descriptions edited with legacy formatting may not expose perfect structure to screen readers.
• Third-party payment or embedded media components may have independent accessibility characteristics.
• Employer-uploaded PDFs, images, and external career content are controlled by the posting company and may vary in quality.
• Certain data-dense kanban and analytics views are being enhanced for clearer focus order and announcements.

Platform engineering is supported by Wolf CodeX, and accessibility fixes are prioritized alongside other production improvements.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Clever1000, we want to hear from you. Please email concierge@clever1000.com with:

• The page URL where you experienced the issue.
• A description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
• Your browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if applicable).

We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days and to propose a remediation path or reasonable alternative where possible.

Candidates who cannot complete a step in the standard UI may contact us or the hiring employer for assistance. Employers are encouraged to provide reasonable accommodations in their hiring process consistent with applicable law.

Where a portal feature is temporarily inaccessible, we may offer a supported workaround—such as submitting an application via an alternative channel—while we address the underlying issue.

We review this Accessibility Statement when we ship significant product changes. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
